BACKGROUND AND DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION
Poudre School District is a public-school district covering roughly 1,800 square miles in Northern Colorado. District boundaries encompass several communities including Fort Collins, LaPorte, Timnath, Wellington, Red Feather, Livermore, Stove Prairie, and parts of Windsor. Poudre School District serves over 30,000 students and operates 61 schools including five charter schools. Beginning in August 2022 Poudre School District will operate 6 comprehensive high schools, 10 middle schools, 32 elementary schools and an assortment of alternative learning schools. Each year, more than 8,000 students from PSD participate in high school and middle school athletic programming offered by the district.

Videoboards provide high impact exposure for advertisers who receive prime exposure during period breaks, and when the full scoreboard view isn’t necessary.
Spectator engagement and the fan experience will be greatly improved with the ability to customize displays for each of our sports. Game time experience will include live video feeds, instant replays and unlimited built-in features that engage spectators during games, activities, and community events.
Videoboards provide new educational learning opportunities. Media production programs lead to real world career skills, using state of the art technology.
Alternative Use Examples: Beyond the enhancement of game time experiences, videoboards have many additional uses including live classroom instruction via video feed, movie nights, award presentations, drama/choir competitions, film reviews, fundraising events, community events, pep rallies, band competitions, sponsored theme nights, and classroom instructional videos.
HERE’S THE BREAKDOWN
Below, you will see how the calculations are made to reach the potential number of impressions associated with each partnership level. These numbers are calculated conservatively using the average attendance per game, games played during the year, and the number of times our ad sequencing software displays your ad per game. Impressions, then, are the total number of opportunities for your ad to be seen by spectators during the course of the school year.
Here’s an example of the impression calculation for one of the partnership levels:
NOTE: The impressions counts highlighted in this program are based on average attendance and total games for only the Varsity games in football, lacrosse, and soccer for four schools. Additional exposure for the sponsors garnered through the Co-branded Brand Wrappers, Title Sponsor Extras, Fan App, and through JV and Freshman level games is a bonus and not factored into these figures.
